Safari River Float & Wild Cats

This is an all-day nature and adventure combo tour which includes floating down the beautiful Corobici River that leads into the Tempisque River Basin and a visit to the wild cat preserve. 

You will start off early in the morning and travel through the Guanacaste countryside to the town of Cañas. Here you will ride a raft down the gentle Corobici River and float for two hours, seeing a great variety of birds and wildlife. The float is safe for all ages (minumum age is 6).

Then, after a traditional lunch, you will stop at a wild cat preserve to get an up-close look at these nocturnal, elusive creatures.  And before going back home, the tour will pass through the "White City" of Liberia to see the unique adobe construction of the capital city of the Guanacaste province.
